A large-scale website restoration for an environmentally conscious e-commerce business, combining storytelling, education and commerce into one cohesive digital experience.

The Brief

LovEarth had grown from an online store into a much broader ecosystem, encompassing retail and wholesale e-commerce, educational resources, podcasts, a national yoga mat recycling programme, environmental advocacy and an expanding network of recycling partners. While the existing Squarespace website had served the business well, it had become increasingly difficult to navigate and no longer reflected the maturity of the brand.

The Challenge

The project involved far more than a visual refresh. Behind the scenes, years of growth had created a complex user experience with overlapping pathways between storytelling, ecommerce and community initiatives. The challenge was to untangle that complexity while preserving the personality of the brand.

Alongside a complete review of the site's information architecture, the ecommerce platform was migrated to Shopify, allowing Squarespace to focus on storytelling while Shopify managed the retail experience. Every page was reviewed, rewritten and optimised for search, while the visual language evolved through softer colours, new imagery and a stronger connection to the natural world.

The Outcome

The result is a calmer, more intuitive digital experience that better reflects LovEarth's purpose as a circular economy business.

Visitors can now move seamlessly between products, educational resources, wholesale information and environmental initiatives, while the redesigned structure provides a stronger foundation for future growth.

Organic search traffic has increased by 37%,while a comprehensive SEO overhaul improved the site's overall optimisation by more than 200%.
