The Brief
PACCS approached Rising Sun Media to undertake a complete website rebuild and brand refresh. As the organisation evolved, the directors wanted the new website to reflect its expanded range of services while shifting the visual identity from a corporate feel to one that expressed the compassion, professionalism and care at the heart of the organisation.
The Challenge
PACCS serves a diverse audience, from individuals and families seeking palliative care support at home to aged care facilities requiring education and nurse consultancy services. The website needed to guide these different audiences with clarity while presenting sensitive information in a way that felt calm, reassuring and easy to navigate.
The Outcome
The result was a thoughtfully restored website built around intuitive navigation, a refined visual language and a clear information structure. Working from the logo created by graphic designer Stefan Joesler, we developed a digital experience that communicates compassion, professionalism and trust while supporting the organisation's continued growth.
