The Way of Nature
Website Design & Restoration
An original build followed, five years later, by a substantial renovation transforming a long-established yoga website into an evolving digital home for practice, writing and nature-based spirituality.
Industry: Yoga · Education · Writing · Membership
The Brief
After many years online, Yolande Hyde's website had grown into a large archive of yoga teachings, seasonal writing, classes, and resources, but its structure and visual language no longer reflected the direction of the work.
The brief was to retain the depth of what already existed while creating a quieter, more cohesive digital home for The Way of Nature and its evolving body of work.
The Challenge
This was as much an exercise in information architecture as visual design. Years of content had created overlapping pathways, older material, and competing purposes across the site.
The challenge was to simplify the experience without flattening the richness of the work, creating clear pathways through yoga, seasonal philosophy, writing and paid offerings while allowing a substantial archive to remain discoverable.
The Outcome
The renovated site brings the work together within a more spacious, nature-led visual language, with clearer navigation and a stronger relationship between its different forms of content.
A new structure creates distinct pathways while the wider site connects long-form writing, seasonal teachings, yoga classes and membership resources into one coherent ecosystem.
The result is a website designed not simply to promote the work, but to hold and grow with it.
