I loved building this site because it pushed my interpretation of colour pallet possibilities and had me leaning into the Nurturer Archetype in new ways.
The brief from Equine Assisted Therapy was open and broad, she had some images she wanted to be included but mostly she felt drawn to the colour purple as a key part of the design.
I opted for soft round corners throughout the site to give it the relaxed, safe feel you get when you are around owner and facilitator Maria, and chose a font that would continue that theme.
The site was text heavy so we worked on combining coloured text boxes for variation, depth and interest to break it up, and have clients reading to the bottom of the page.
I love the final colour pallet of brown (colour matched from her main working mare), green for growth and change, and of course purple.
The final product speaks to the wonderful work Maria does through Equine Assisted Therapy and EMDR.
